Wesaidso Software Engineering is an independent consultancy company, devoted entirely to the architecting and realization of J2EE based solutions.

All software engineers active at Wesaidso have more that 10 years software engineering experience, with specialized knowlegde in the Financial and/or Telecom industries. Coupled with experience and business knowlegde, our engineers are also Sun certified Java Architects. These qualities have lead them to play crucial roles on critical projects at our clients.

Project involvement can start as early as the requirements phase, and is regulary carried all the way through to product delivery to the operations organization. Being involved at various stages in the project lifecycle, has equiped our employees with the ability to acquire vast indept knowlegde and build up expertise in serveral areas.

Requirements analysis - In close working with the end-user and subject experts, develop and capture functional and non-functional requirements;
Architect - Based on captured requirements and existing infrastructure, define the best architecture that meets the current/future needs. Paying special attention to best of breed open source or commercial solutions;
Designer - Detailing of architecture and the designing of components within;
Mentor/Coach - Coaching less experienced project member in design and implementation. Guidence in the use of opensource libraries;
Developer - Implementation of complex java components;

The Wesaidso software engineers take a no-nonsense approach, communicate clearly and to-the-point, and give preference to working in small teams (3 a 4 personen) so as to best enable knowlegde transfer. They use a mix of eXtreme Programming (XP) techniques, principles from the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Design Patterns to reach the desired goal in speedy, repeatable, structured manner.
